Client Responsibilities

  • Provide content (text, images) in a timely manner
  • Review work and give feedback within 7 days
  • Ensure you own rights to all materials you provide
  • Comply with all applicable laws

Fees & Payment

Fees are agreed upon before commencement. Payment structures may include: Upfront payment, Staged payments and Monthly subscriptions.

  • A deposit is required to secure your project and commence work
  • Deposits (50-60%) are non‑refundable once work begins
  • Payments via bank transfer, International payments
  • 10% penalty for late payments after 10 days
  • Accounts may be suspended after 30 days unpaid

Intellectual Property

  • You retain full ownership of your content
  • Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables
  • We may display your project in our portfolio (unless you opt out)

Revisions & Approvals

  • We offer reasonable revisions within the scope of work
  • Major changes outside the original scope may incur additional fees
  • If you do not respond within 7 days, work is considered approved

Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel with written notice; you pay for work completed
  • We may terminate if you breach these Terms
  • SHIELD plans: 30 days’ notice; no refunds for partial months

Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid
  • We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or third‑party issues
  • No guarantee of specific search rankings or sales results
  • Disputes settled in Nigerian courts
